Each deck contains 10 cards. Each card contains a message covered in black scratch paint. When you start to scratch away at the card, your body is releasing extra energy, allowing you to relieve tension and stress. Your breath will start to even out as your body and mind become focused on the task at hand. While you are naturally starting to relax, a message appears—a prompt to encourage movement to help self-regulate and feel calm!
